Payment for booking tickets at the Moshe Novomeisky Visitors Center, Dead Sea

In order to book tickets for the Moshe Novomeisky Visitors Center through the website personal details must be filled in prior to payment.

Tickets can be booked and paid for using credit cards only.

Registration on the website and maintaining confidentiality.

In order to book tickets, the required fields must be filled in, including personal details and selecting the date and time for the visit and the number of participants.

The Visitors Center is obliged to maintain, inasmuch as possible, the privacy of all who register, maintaining confidentiality of personal information of guests, members and visitors to the website.

Nevertheless, the guest and/or site visitor (accordingly) hereby confirms, that it is known and clear that it is not always possible to ensure complete confidentiality and/or privacy of information that is transferred via the Internet and/or website and/or email, and therefore, the guest and/or visitor (accordingly) hereby confirms that the Visitors Center is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for use made of the information delivered via the Internet and/or the website and/or email and/or the distribution thereof.

It is clarified that the guests and/or site visitor (accordingly) is not entitled to use the site services for purposes that are not legal.

Receiving confirmation of ticket bookings

Confirmation of the booking and the tickets performed through the site will be delivered to the guest by SMS and/or email.

The reference received must be presented to the receptionists at the Visitors Center on the requested date as a condition for entering the Visitors Center.

Transaction cancellations: Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance with notification – no charge. Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reservation. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to screening will be charged full cancellation fees.
